Bao Xiaoqun studied at Fudan University (Branch), Louvre College, France, Lyon Third University, and he trained at Columbia University. He worked successively in Shanghai Museum, French European Times and East Asia Research Institute, Shanghai Culture, Radio, Film and Television Group (SMG) Development Research Department (Director), Program R & D Center (Director), Xingshang Channel, Xingshang Pictorial and Xingshang Media Co., Ltd. (Director / General Manager), Oriental Satellite TV Center (Editor-in-Chief), pop culture research, entertainment program research and development.

As an engineer in CEL Entertainment Creative Research Laboratory, I graduated from Fudan University School of Journalism with a master's degree in Radio and TELEVISION Arts. I have worked in Dragon TV Center and Youku Variety Show Content R&d Center successively. He used to be the person in charge of the sub-project The Disappearance of Tradition: Image Communication and Daily Life of the key Research base project of humanities and social Sciences of the Ministry of Education. His paper Outdoor Electronic Media: Spatial Reconstruction of Image City was included in the book Vision, Space and Daily Life of Image City published by news communication. I have rich experience in content production, entertainment project cooperation and product development. I mainly study the fusion design of entertainment creativity and technology.
