A transdisciplinary designer and design researcher. He holds a PhD from the Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO). His research areas include transmedia design, posthumanism, pop culture, philosophy of technology and environment humanity. He is conducting speculations on the future of everyday life towards ecological well-being by combining design research and design practices and bringing further studies of posthumanism in design. For him, design practice is an interdisciplinary poetic and relational inquiry mode, and he used his design works as research objects to write publications. His works have been exhibited globally, such as in Stockholm, Milan, and London Design Weeks.
