Xiaoyu has pursued her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Studio Art from Carleton College, US and has obtained a master’s degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute. As a strategy designer and AI product manager, she has designed and launched multiple products in Smart City and Conversational AI. With a great interest in the healthcare industry and social impact related issues, she has been awarded the Lehigh Mountaintop Fellowship for her Intentional Design Project in mental health and has won the MIT Hacking Medicine competition. Her design works have been exhibited in New York Design Week for multiple times and published in Forbes, The National Geography magazine. Xiaoyu is committed to improving social impact through design and the extensive research in technology and humanities.
